1.Summary of Long Shaft Sump Vertical Slurry Pump
Sp (R) submerged pump is a Long Shaft Sump Vertical centrifugal Slurry Pump, which is suitable for conveying abrasive or corrosive slurry. The pump is usually immersed in the tank or pit. The submerged pump is divided into SP type and SPR type, with the same structure. The flow passage parts and shafts of SP type are made of metal materials, which are suitable for conveying abrasive slurry. SPR type flow passage parts are lined with corrosion-resistant rubber, which is suitable for conveying corrosive slag slurry. Sp (R) submerged pump is widely used in metallurgy, mining, coal, electric power, building materials and other departments.
The structure of SP type pump is exactly the same as that of SP type pump. The only difference is that the parts immersed in slag slurry are lined with corrosion-resistant rubber. The rubber lined parts include shaft, pump body, impeller, guard plate and filter screen. The connecting bolts of submerged part are equipped with rubber protective sleeve. The parts of transmission part are exactly the same as that of SP type pump.
1. Bearing assembly
When assembling the bearing, the bearing assembly should be preheated, and the temperature should not exceed 120 ℃. The lower bearing adopts double row tapered roller bearing. Its inner ring, outer ring and positioning sleeve are complete sets of components, and are not allowed to be interchanged with corresponding parts of the same kind of bearing. When installing the lower end cover of the bearing, the lip surface of the lip seal ring in the groove of the lower end cover should be outward, The oil slinger must be in accordance with the position in the assembly drawing. When installing the labyrinth ring, the opening of the labyrinth ring should be staggered in the diameter direction. Although the bearing itself has guaranteed the axial clearance, so the bearing assembly of the submerged pump does not need high-speed clearance in the assembly, but after the assembly, it is recommended to check the installed end clearance according to the values listed in the table below.
2. Installation of bracket, mounting plate and pump body
Connect the bearing assembly with the bracket with bolts, install a split mounting plate on the circumference of the bracket, fix it on the bracket with double head bolts, and then install the rear guard plate, impeller and pump body. When assembling, pay attention to the relative position between the bearing body, bracket, mounting plate and pump body, which must conform to the figure below, so as to ensure the relative position of water outlet pipe and oil nozzle
