Bearing assembly: the bearing is lubricated with grease. According to the liquid level of slag slurry pool, pump transmission shaft or suction pipe with different length can be selected. In case of high requirements for pool water depth, customized lengthening shaft can be adopted. Shaft seal (seal): without any shaft seal and shaft seal water, it can work normally under the condition of insufficient suction. Transmission mode: V-shaped V-belt transmission and elastic coupling transmission. Vertical slurry pump is a vacuum pump used to transport various industrial liquids. This kind of pump can also be wear-resistant under the condition of corrosion resistance and can adapt to the environment. The installation of vertical slurry pump is very important. We should install it according to the requirements to avoid abnormalities in the process of use.

(1) Install the bearing on the bearing box and bearing seat respectively.

(2) Install the felt ring on bearing end covers a, C and bearing box.

(3) Install bearing end caps B and C on the bearing seat and fasten them with bolts.

(4) Thread the bearing box with the bearing installed on the shaft, screw on the round nut, and fasten the bearing end cover a on the bearing box (Mei,, Bao).

(5) Install the shaft into the bearing seat, fix it with bolts, screw in the adjusting screw, install the bearing on the support seat, and put the water retaining ring at the appropriate position of the lower bearing.

(6) Fix the connecting pipe on the bearing seat, install the pump cover at the lower part of the connecting pipe, install the impeller at the lower part of the shaft and tighten it, install the front cover of the pump body in turn and fix it with bolts, adjust the gap between the impeller and the front cover with the adjusting screw at the bearing box (controlled within 1-1.5mm), and then fasten it with nuts and bolts.
