Model meaning and parameters
I.Structural features and working principle
When the HYSS series hydraulic submersible slurry pump is working, the two cutter rotate on both sides, the excavation drives the flow of the solid particle medium, and is pushed to the suction port of the sand pump by the rotation of the agitating blade to realize the suction and discharge.
It’s main characteristic is as follows,
1. The agitation device is low-speed and high-torque, and can excavate the agglomerated sediment, large granular solids, pebbles, and etc.
2. In addition to the main impeller, the pump inlet is also provided with a agitator impeller, which can extract the sludge deposited on the bottom of the water into a turbulent flow and extract it.
3. The main wet end parts such as pump casing and impeller are made of high wear-resistant material, which is resistant to wear, no clogging and strong discharge capacity, and can effectively pass large solid particles.
4. No subject to suction limit, high slag absorption efficiency, dredging more thoroughly.
5. The whole machine can submerge into the water, without the need to build complex ground protection and fixtures, the management is easier.
6. The cutter device and agitator impeller directly contact with the sediment, and the concentration is controlled by the dive depth, so the concentration control is more comfortable.
7. The equipment is working directly submerged into the water, no noise and vibration, the site is more tidy.
I.Installation example
HYSS series hydraulic submersible slurry pump is suitable for sand pumping, dredging, tailings, fly ash, etc. The installation and ergonomics are as follows:
Example of mixing effect in water
Deep well cleaning of silt, highway, railway and other pile foundation sand pumping.
Example of pumping and discharging of fixed pools and wells such as factories and mines.
Examples of sediment extraction from rivers, reservoirs, coastal areas, hydropower stations, etc.
River sand pile landfill project.
Sedimentation sediments from steelworks, power plants, mines, sewage treatment plants, etc.
Dredging in rivers and lakes.
