Operation and inspection of slurry pump

1. The flow must be monitored at any time to meet the parameter requirements. Once the flow is unstable, too large or too small, it must be adjusted in time.

2. If it is in the pipeline system or slag flushing system equipped with hydrocyclone and pressure filtration dehydration system, we must pay attention to whether there is a certain pressure at the outlet of the pipeline, and in this system, we should also monitor whether the pressure can meet the requirements.

3. During the operation of the slurry pump, in addition to checking the flow and pressure, check the current of the motor, which shall not exceed the rated current of the motor, and the temperature shall not exceed the specified value.

4. Timely check whether there are abnormalities in oil seals and bearings. If any abnormalities are found, they need to be handled immediately.

5. During the operation of the slurry pump, it shall be ensured that the slurry pump will not be evacuated or the water tank will overflow.

6. There shall be no air leakage in the suction pipeline system of the slurry pump, and the grille at the water inlet of the slurry pump shall meet the requirements for the maximum particles that the slurry pump can pass through, so as to avoid blockage caused by large granular materials or long fiber materials entering the slurry pump.

7. The vulnerable parts must be replaced in time, and the maintenance and assembly must also meet the parameter requirements. The clearance adjustment must meet the regulations, and there must be no jamming and friction.

8. Be sure to ensure the coaxiality of the motor and slurry pump, and ensure that the elastic pad in the coupling is intact. If it is damaged, it should be replaced in time.

9.Ensure that the components of slurry pump and pipeline system are firmly closed.
